Alex Schweitzer-Thompson
With a passion for delivery of publicity for clients through the use of bespoke content, Alex is motivated by an ambition to help businesses and organisations that make a positive difference to people in their local communities and further afield. As a former editor and senior reporter at newspapers throughout Scotland, and having served as account director at a communications firm with multinational clients, Alex brings a wealth of media expertise to Tailormade.
Amy Anderson
Amy co-founded Tailormade with Alex with the objective of devising tailored strategies and campaigns to achieve specific, high-impact results for clients. During a varied media career, Amy specialised in news, entertainment and lifestyle content, with her work published in national newspapers and specialist magazines. Amy previously worked as an account director for a leading Scottish communications and public affairs firm, providing media services to a host of high-profile clients working in education, business, charity and tourism.
Caroline Jack
Caroline looks after PR and writing at Tailormade. Her passion lies in seeing positive changes in behaviour and perceptions as a result of a successful communications campaign. She joined following an award-winning career in UK Government fighting fires in the busiest press offices in Whitehall. With a good nose for a story and a healthy dose of political judgement, she has delivered highly successful media campaigns on all kinds of topics in the public and voluntary sectors. She is particularly strong in distilling complex ideas into simple, appealing messages to reach a wide audience.
Sean McInally
Sean is Tailormade’s social media expert. Devising the social media strategy for a wide variety of clients, including a sell-out film festival and large political campaigns, Sean is dedicated to creating visually striking campaigns and engaging content. Prior to joining Tailormade, he produced films at BBC Scotland, creating digital material for international audiences. He received a Royal Television Society Award and Celtic Media award for his short form work, designed to capture the imaginations of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram users.
Nathalie Findlay
Nathalie, Tailormade’s copywriter, boasts extensive experience working in the interests of international high-profile brands. Always mindful of communicating in a way which reflects our clients’ image, clientele and heritage, she’s particularly adept at finding the mot juste to resonate with the target demographic and devising creative marketing strategies. Her writing has been featured on packaging, in magazines, brochures, blogs, investment prospectuses, travel guides, books, marketing campaigns and websites. Nathalie is also the director of Inkwell Copywriting.
Iain Morrison
Iain, Tailormade’s graphic designer, has over a decade of experience creating design, artwork and multimedia for a wide range of our public and private sector clients. Specialising in brand and identity, he produces creative artwork across all print formats including press, point of sale, outdoor, livery and packaging. In addition to standard print design, Iain also works extensively on creative content for use online and as on-screen digital assets including website, presentation, video and social media. Iain is also the director of IDEAM (Idea Manufacturing).
